SHIPPING INFO
For shipments within the U.S., we ship orders via UPS. Customers are given the option of Ground, 3-day, or Overnight. Rates are determined based on shipping method selected, weight, and destination. All international shipments will be mailed via USPS. International shoe orders will be mailed without shoeboxes so as to limit shipping costs for the buyer. We can ship international orders with accompanying shoe boxes upon buyer's request, however please keep in mind that shipping with shoeboxes can incur an additional $30 dollars shipping charges per pair of shoes. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Order Modifications:
Once an order has been processed, changes cannot be made.
Tax: Items shipped within New York State are subject to state sales tax.
Returns/Exchanges:
We are happy to refund the purchase of shoes returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. Shoes must be unworn and returned with all original tags and packaging. Prior to returning the shoes, a return authorization must be obtained by sending an email with your order number and request for return to: customerservice@rachelcomey.com Please print the reply email with your RA# and include it in the package along with your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be applied to the credit card used for your purchase and will be issued upon receipt of your return. Please keep in mind that although we will process your return as soon as possible, refunds may take up to 2 weeks to post to your account. At this time we are unable to offer exchanges on shoes. If you would like to exchange your shoes for another size or style, please return your initial order for a full refund and place a new order for the desired pair.

Item Availability:
Although we make the best efforts to maintain an accurate reflection of stock on our website, we may occasionally offer a shoe we have sold out in a particular size, color, or style. If a pair of shoes you ordered is sold-out, we will email you alerting you and issue an immediate refund.
